The explanatory model of the motoric movement action provides a universal explanation of all functional c.q. behavioral perception processes within any imaginable goal-directed motor action. The motor actions are divided into two main groups: 1. Common Daily Motor Actions and 2. Sports-Specific Motor Actions.
